RJ Walker is entering his second season on the Men’s Basketball Staff serving as an Assistant Coach.

RJ is a native of Northern Virginia graduating from Kettle Run High School in 2019. RJ brings a wealth of experience to the staff as player and coach at multiple different backgrounds. RJ has been fortunate enough to come from a good coaching tree as a player and coach and has made some valuable connections throughout his basketball journey.

Before joining the coaching staff at Garrett, RJ served as the Head Assistant Coach at Fauquier High School and the Head Coach for higher-level 16U team for two seasons. RJ also has two years of college basketball playing experience, bringing firsthand experience and knowledge to Garrett College.

Entering his second year as an assistant coach at Garrett College, RJ continues to contribute to the development and success of the team both on and off the court.
